In 2005 Luke and Rebecca Ashton decided to take the plunge and start their own business.

Eventually purchasing their first truck, Luke operated it for the next 3 years growing the business to the point of needing a second truck to keep up. This was the beginning of Ozwide Freight.

Their growth has seen them expand from their first depot in 2013 with a mere 900 square metres & around 150plts of storage, to now offering over 8000 square metres and warehousing in excess of 4000 pallets.

Today their fleet includes 5 B-Doubles, 3 Semi trailers a fleet of body trucks as well as Rail & Sea Containers. Their ongoing relationship with Western Star trucks and Vawdrey trailers, is a big part of Ozwide Freight.
